Density values are estimates for material planning. Actual weight can vary by alloy specification, porosity,
casting method, surface condition, and machining allowance.
Calculation Method
The calculator uses a simple engineering estimate: weight = volume × density. Inch inputs are calculated in cubic inches. Metric inputs are converted to inches before applying the selected alloy density.

This tool is an estimator, not a certified scale weight. Actual shipped weight may vary because of saw-cut allowance, rough stock oversize, casting tolerance, surface condition, machining allowance, oil content in sintered bronze, packaging, and pallet weight.
