C17200 Beryllium Copper

C17200 beryllium copper Alloy 25 datasheet with composition, strength ranges, conductivity, machinability, heat treatment notes, applications, and available forms.

What is C17200 Beryllium Copper?

C17200 beryllium copper, commonly called Alloy 25 or BeCu, is one of the highest-strength copper alloys. It combines high strength, good electrical and thermal conductivity, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, non-magnetic behavior, and non-sparking performance.

C17200 is typically supplied in solution-treated, cold-worked, or age-hardened conditions. Strength and conductivity depend heavily on temper and heat treatment, so the exact condition must be confirmed before quoting or machining.
